My name is Jim S. and this is my story. Two years ago I was on my way to work as usual, driving the same route as always. I remember the morning was very beautiful, warm with brightest blue ski. At 7:35 am my life changed in a split second, with no time to evade. I was quickly struck by a semi truck that veered over into my lane. Next thing I know is that I awoke in the hospital, my family was at my side, I could tell even though their faces were slightly blurred. I heard the doctor stating that my lung was punctured from a broken rib and that my leg was broken in three places. You see, I am the sole provider for my wife and two children; they count on me to keep the family together with home, food and all that is me. A month had passed and I had been still in therapy with the understanding that someday I will return to work. the worst luck came with an agent of the insurance company that represented the other party, he said that they would be nice enough to pay $15,000 dollars to settle the case, he was a real nice guy but my medical bills were $70,000 at this point and there were many more to come. Not to mention that after I used all my sick and vacation time the home bills were now passed due.
My friend Sergio came to see me later that day and I told him what was happening, Sergio was shocked and appalled. Sergio told me he had a friend named Rocky Haire and that he was an attorney for the injured. He suggested that I call the Haire Law Firm immediately; I have always trusted Sergio’s decisions and he was a respected member of my church. The very next day I called Rocky and he came to visit me in the hospital. Rocky took on the insurance company and my worries were over, good thing because my bills racked up and I couldn’t return to my normal field of business. The Haire Law firm settled my case and all my bills were paid including all the time I had lost from work, plus a year’s worth of salary. I owe a great dept to Rocky and I continue to tell everyone about him, he is a hero in my eyes forever.
