Truck accident attorneys

Tuesday, January 25th, 2011

When you retain our Denton truck accident lawyers, you put our significant experience and knowledge to work for you. Our truck accident attorneys immediately review insurance coverage of the truck involved in the accident. We develop your injury claim case and work to maximize compensation for you. Contact the attorneys at our firm, Haire Law Firm, to discuss your truck accident injury claim. For more information about truck accidents and injuries, please review the information at our truck accident practice center.

Act Quickly

When you call our firm, we have investigators begin reconstructing the accident immediately. Time is crucial – some evidence, such as truck driver logs, may not be available permanently. Additionally, long-haul trucking companies occasionally disappear after an accident, making it difficult to find the corporate offices and identify the insurance company. If we start investigating right away after a truck accident, we are in a better position to maximize your recovery.

Sign Nothing

Insurance companies often try to have victims of truck accidents sign waivers and liability limitation documents. They may offer a settlement that is far less than you deserve. The insurance companies have attorneys working hard to limit their exposure and the amount they have to pay for the accident. Before you sign anything, talk to an experienced truck accident lawyer at our firm. For more information about truck accidents, review the information at our Truck Accident Practice Center.

Types of Truck Accidents

The attorneys at our firm are well known for their litigation skills and determination. We fight for fair compensation for victims of truck accident injuries. We have helped individuals recover compensation for many types of collisions and accidents involving trucks, including:

  • semi-trailer accidents
  • gravel truck accidents
  • truck-car collisions
  • truck-pedestrian accidents
  • single truck crashes
  • truck accidents causing death and life-threatening injuries
  • delivery truck crashes
  • bus-truck accidents
  • jack-knifed trucks
  • trucks damaging property

Due to size disparities and the basic laws of physics, any collision between a commercial truck and a passenger car is likely to result in serious injuries and significant property damage.

To speak with a tractor-trailer accident attorney who will take on the insurance and trucking industries for you, contact the truck accident lawyers at our firm, Haire Law Firm, today to discuss your truck accident injuries. We’re there when you need us.
