What to do if your arrested:

Whether DWI, theft, warrants for tickets or any other infraction the state has deemed to prohibit, there are two basic rules to follow when you are arrested:

1. DON’T TALK TO THE POLICE
   Even if you are completely innocent, nothing you say to the police will get you out of a pending arrest. Keep quiet and follow Rule #2
2. CONTACT YOUR LAWYER

What happens next:

Once you have your attorney, your only responsibility is to show up to every court hearing. We will take care of the rest. We will work with the DA to get your charges reduced or dropped. If the DA won’t cooperate we will fight to the bitter end to get you the best possible outcome for your criminal case.
